21+ Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 years old to create a ph68 account or place any bet. This is a PAGCOR requirement. Age is verified at registration and again before any withdrawal is processed.
One Account Per Player
Each individual may hold only one active ph68 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of all balances held across those accounts.
Bonus Wagering Requirements
All bonuses and promotions at ph68 are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable multiplier, eligible games, and expiry period are specified in each individual promotion's terms.
PAGCOR Regulation
ph68 operates under a valid Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) license. All operations, game outcomes, and financial transactions are subject to PAGCOR oversight and Philippine law.
Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawals at ph68 require completed KYC verification. Funds can only be withdrawn to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own verified name. Withdrawal requests are subject to processing times and minimum amounts.
Prohibited Conduct
Fraud, bonus abuse, collusion, use of automated betting software, and any attempt to manipulate game outcomes are strictly prohibited at ph68 and will result in immediate account termination and referral to PAGCOR.

1Definitions
In these Terms, the following definitions apply:
- "Platform" means the ph68 website at ph68.asia, all associated mobile-optimized interfaces, and any applications operated by ph68.
- "Player" / "User" means any individual who has registered a verified account on the ph68 Platform.
- "Account" means the registered user profile created by a Player to access ph68 services.
- "Wallet" means the Philippine Peso (PHP) balance held within the Player's ph68 Account.
- "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, cashback amounts, or other incentives credited to a Player's account by ph68.
- "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process conducted by ph68 in accordance with PAGCOR requirements and Philippine anti-money laundering law.
- "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority under which ph68 operates.
- "GCash" and "PayMaya" mean Philippine e-wallet services accepted as deposit and withdrawal methods on the ph68 Platform.
- "Wagering Requirement" means the total bet turnover a Player must achieve before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn.
- "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region from which access to or use of ph68 is prohibited under applicable law.
2Acceptance of Terms
2.1 By accessing the ph68 Platform, registering an Account, or placing any bet or wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each incorporated herein by reference.
2.2 These Terms apply to all games, promotions, communications, transactions, and interactions on the ph68 Platform.
2.3 ph68 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. ph68 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players of material changes via the email address or mobile number on file.
3Eligibility
3.1 To create an Account and use the ph68 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:
- You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity);
- You are at least 21 years of age. This is a strict and non-negotiable requirement mandated by PAGCOR for all online gambling activities in the Philippines;
- You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Restricted Jurisdiction;
- You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of another person;
- You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of ph68 or any of its affiliated companies, nor an immediate family member of any such person;
- You have not previously been excluded from ph68 or had an Account terminated for breach of these Terms; and
- Your use of the Platform is for personal entertainment only and not for any commercial, professional, or systematic gambling purpose.
4Account Registration
4.1 To access ph68 services, you must register a single Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, valid Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address.
4.2 One Account Per Individual: Each individual player may hold only one Account on the ph68 Platform. Creation of duplicate, secondary, or linked Accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited regardless of whether different email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods are used.
4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. ph68 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your Account that results from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
4.4 You must notify ph68 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your Account or any security breach affecting your Account credentials.
4.5 ph68 reserves the right to refuse Account registration at its sole discretion without obligation to provide reasons.
5Account Verification (KYC)
5.1 ph68 is required by PAGCOR regulations and the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) to verify the identity and age of all Players. As such, ph68 conducts mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) checks.
5.2 KYC verification is required before any withdrawal can be processed, and may also be required before large deposits or as part of ongoing monitoring obligations.
5.3 Accepted identity documents for KYC include, but are not limited to:
- Philippine National ID (PhilSys ID)
- Valid Philippine Passport
- UMID (Unified Multi-Purpose ID)
- Driver's License issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO)
- Voter's ID issued by COMELEC
5.4 ph68 may additionally request proof of address (e.g., a recent utility bill or bank statement showing your registered Philippine address) and, in cases of large transactions, source-of-funds documentation.
5.5 Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period will result in suspension of withdrawal functionality and may result in Account closure. Any balance held in a non-compliant Account may be withheld pending regulatory consultation.
6Deposits and Withdrawals
6.1 Deposits
ph68 accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, UnionBank, USSC, and selected cryptocurrency methods. The minimum deposit amount is ₱20. Deposits are credited to your ph68 Wallet upon confirmed receipt of cleared funds. ph68 does not accept deposits from third parties — all deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.
6.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed only to payment accounts that are verified in the Player's own name and that match the name on the Player's KYC documents. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. ph68 targets processing of withdrawal requests within the timeframes disclosed on the Platform at the time of request, but cannot guarantee processing times where delays are caused by third-party payment providers, bank processing schedules, or regulatory review requirements.
6.3 Fees
ph68 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers (including GCash, PayMaya, and bank institutions) may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside ph68's control and for the Player's account.
6.4 Currency
All transactions on the ph68 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). If a Player initiates a deposit in a foreign currency, the conversion to PHP will occur at the exchange rate applied by the relevant payment provider at the time of the transaction. ph68 bears no responsibility for exchange rate fluctuations.
7Bonuses and Promotions
7.1 ph68 may offer bonuses, free spins, reload promotions, cashback rewards, and other incentives to registered Players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms of each offer as published on the Platform at the time the promotion is active.
7.2 Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier, eligible game categories, minimum odds (where applicable to sports betting), and expiry period will be clearly stated in each promotion's individual terms.
7.3 ph68 reserves the right to:
- Withhold, void, or reclaim any Bonus Funds or bonus-derived winnings where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, arbitrage, or breach of promotion terms;
- Amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice;
- Apply additional verification requirements before crediting or releasing Bonus Funds; and
- Limit bonus eligibility based on Player account history, deposit method, geographic location, or other criteria at ph68's sole discretion.
7.4 Bonus Funds cannot be transferred between Accounts and have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
7.5 Players found to be systematically exploiting ph68 bonuses through multiple accounts, third-party collusion, or other methods designed to extract value without genuine play intent will have their Accounts suspended and all associated balances forfeited.
8Game Rules and Fairness
8.1 All games available on the ph68 Platform are provided by certified third-party game studios including, but not limited to, Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Habanero, SA Gaming, and Playtech. Each game operates under its own specific game rules, which are accessible within the game interface.
8.2 Random Number Generator (RNG) games are tested and certified by independent third-party testing laboratories. Live dealer games use physical cards, dice, and wheels operated by professional dealers in certified studios.
8.3 Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all games are the theoretical long-term averages provided by the respective game studios. Actual results for individual Players or sessions will vary and may be higher or lower than the published RTP.
8.4 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error during a game, ph68 will endeavor to reconstruct the game state and determine the correct outcome based on available server-side data. Where this is not possible, the affected bet may be voided and the bet amount refunded to the Player's Wallet. ph68's determination in such matters is final.
8.5 Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the ph68 Platform cannot be cancelled by the Player. All settled bets are final.
9Prohibited Conduct
9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph68 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC;
- Creating or using more than one Account;
- Depositing funds on behalf of, or for the benefit of, another person;
- Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or gain advantage;
- Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or bonus conditions;
- Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, false bonus claims, or identity theft;
- Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity;
- Exploiting software vulnerabilities, errors, or glitches in a manner that provides an unfair advantage;
- Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other manipulation of sporting events on which bets are placed; and
- Accessing or attempting to access the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other means of location obfuscation.
9.2 ph68 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account where prohibited conduct is suspected, and to withhold or forfeit any balances pending investigation. Referral to law enforcement authorities and/or PAGCOR may occur where criminal conduct is suspected.
10Responsible Gaming
10.1 ph68 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among its Players. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment — it should never be pursued as a means of generating income or recovering financial losses.
10.2 ph68 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Players, accessible from the Account settings dashboard:
- Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limits take effect immediately upon request and can only be increased after a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period.
- Loss Limits: Players may set a maximum loss amount per defined period. Loss limits cannot be increased within the same period once set.
- Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary account suspension ranging from 24 hours to 30 days.
- Self-Exclusion: Players may request permanent self-exclusion from the ph68 Platform. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of 6 months and takes effect within 24 hours of the request.
10.3 ph68 will not directly market to any Player who has activated a cooling-off period or self-exclusion.
10.4 If you feel that your gambling may be causing you harm, we encourage you to make use of ph68's responsible gaming tools and to seek support from qualified organizations.
11Intellectual Property
11.1 All content on the ph68 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, text, graphics, logos, game assets, user interface design, trademarks, service marks, and audio-visual content — is the exclusive property of ph68 or its licensed partners and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property law.
11.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform.
11.3 Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of ph68 intellectual property will result in immediate Account termination and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.
12Limitation of Liability
12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, ph68 shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
- Loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill;
- Interruptions to the Platform resulting from scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, third-party service outages, internet connectivity failures, or force majeure events;
- Technical malfunctions in third-party software, payment processing systems, or telecommunications infrastructure; or
- Any decisions you make in reliance on information provided on the Platform.
12.2 ph68's total aggregate liability to any Player arising from or related to these Terms, the Platform, or any transaction on the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to ph68 in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.3 Nothing in these Terms limits ph68's liability for fraud, death, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under Philippine law.
13Account Suspension and Termination
13.1 ph68 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account and withhold associated balances where there are reasonable grounds to suspect:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms;
- Fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activity;
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe;
- Activity inconsistent with the Player's established profile that raises AML/CTF concerns; or
- Requests from PAGCOR, law enforcement, or other competent regulatory authorities.
13.2 Where an Account is terminated for breach of these Terms, any Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds shall be forfeited. Verified real-money deposits not subject to bonus conditions will be returned to the Player following completion of any required investigation, unless forfeiture is required by law or regulatory direction.
13.3 Players may request closure of their own Account at any time by contacting ph68 support. Account closure requests do not affect any withdrawal rights related to verified balances held at the time of the request.
14Privacy and Data Protection
14.1 ph68 collects, processes, and retains personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by incorporation and is available at ph68.asia/privacy-policy.
14.2 By registering an Account, you consent to ph68 collecting and processing your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of KYC verification, responsible gaming compliance, marketing communications (where you have opted in), fraud prevention, and regulatory reporting.
14.3 ph68 will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties. Personal data may be shared with regulatory authorities (including PAGCOR and AMLC), verified service providers, payment processors, and game studio partners strictly to the extent necessary for Platform operation and legal compliance.
15Governing Law and Jurisdiction
15.1 These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
15.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If such negotiation fails to resolve the dispute within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process in the first instance, and thereafter to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
15.3 ph68's PAGCOR license number and registered operator details are available upon written request submitted to ph68 support.
16Amendments to These Terms
16.1 ph68 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The current version of these Terms, with its effective date and version number, is always accessible at ph68.asia/terms-conditions.
16.2 Where changes are material — affecting Player rights, financial obligations, or dispute resolution procedures — ph68 will provide at least 7 days' prior written notice via the Player's registered email address or mobile number.
16.3 Your continued use of the ph68 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date of the changes.

17.3 If a complaint is not resolved to the Player's satisfaction through ph68's internal process, the Player may escalate the matter to PAGCOR using the regulatory authority's established player complaint channels.
